General Information

Each session consists of a guided meditation and a talk on an aspect of meditation and how to apply it to our daily lives. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained. Everyone is welcome - no prior experience of meditation is necessary.

What is the key to satisfying and stable relationships? This month we explore the Buddhist psychology of love and its practical application by continuing with the meditations in The New Meditation Handbook.

June: All You Need is Love

How can we learn to love fully and without pain? This month we explore ways to enjoy life more deeply and help those around us do the same by continuing with the meditations in The New Meditation Handbook.

June 23-29: Developing Compassion
June 30-July 6: All You Need is Love

July: Free the Mind

We will be looking at the final meditations in The New Meditation Handbook in order to improve our good heart, concentration and wisdom. By following Buddha’s profound yet practical advice on these subjects, we can free our minds and the rest will follow.
